Yes. Our tailors handle a wide range of alterations from simple hem adjustments to complete garment resizing. We also specialize in bridal alterations. Walk-ins are welcome for most alteration consultations, though we recommend calling ahead for wedding gown fittings to ensure our head tailor is available.

As soon as possible — ideally within 4–6 weeks of your wedding. Many stains are invisible immediately after the event but begin to yellow and oxidize as time passes. The sooner we begin treating them, the better the result. We have worked on gowns brought in years later, but early treatment always yields the best outcomes.
Most bridal gown cleaning and preservation takes 2–4 weeks. This allows adequate time for thorough stain treatment, careful cleaning, hand-finishing, and proper archival packaging. Rush service is available in some cases — please ask us during your consultation.
Our preservation process has five stages: full gown inspection, stain pre-treatment, professional cleaning, hand-finishing and re-inspection, and archival packaging. The final packaging uses acid-free tissue, an oxygen-free environment, and an archival-grade box with an inspection window so you can see your gown without opening the seal.
We have exceptional success with even difficult bridal stains — including red wine, champagne, food, and grass. We cannot guarantee 100% removal of every stain in every circumstance, particularly stains that have been set for a long period. However, we will always be completely transparent with you about realistic expectations before we begin, and we will never charge you for a result that does not meet the standards we agreed on.
